Arisan, a company providing accounting services on the Slovak, Czech and Bulgarian markets, has brought up a demand to provide its customers with better insight into their company's accounting records. Given the prior fact, that they work with local 'Pohoda Software', our target was to provide partial virtualization of this software into the online format and to expand on the reporting capabilities and solutions the original software did not provide. Put simply - bring accounting online.
Solution
Web platform as an extension of an accounting software
We have created the web application as an extension of the 'Pohoda' accounting software. All operations included in web app are reflected back to the Pohoda software in real time, securing the immediate availability to the accountant. Connection is mutual, client is given a prompt reply to the changes done in the agenda, visible back in the reporting application.

Implementation of the basic solution resulted in complex user platform, utilized not only by the clients, but also by Arisan itself. TimeTracker - software integrated into the cloud application is a bonus feature and a desktop app was created with the scope to provide precise working attendance records of employees able to work in offline mode. Company was given overall high-quality tool to evaluate profitability and efficiency of employees.
